Individual sessions can be offered online or face to face just outside Worcester.
We work with organisations to support employee health and wellbeing to help them achieve optimum performance
We run health coaching programmes on a variety of issues including managing stress, coping with an elimination diet and improving your sleep.
Talks and Events
We run a number of talks and events on health coaching and healthy lifestyles. We also run a monthly CPD and networking group for health and wellness professionals.
